SMALL GROUP MAT PILATES CLASSES
The classes are run in an intimate, non-intimidating environment with a maximum number of 5 participant per class. Become a regular to these classes to discover your own new body. Joseph Pilates’ 34 amazing exercises are used in different combinations with some level of variations, adaptations and progression in order to make those sessions interesting and effective. You’ll find that your posture will be improved because your core will be stronger, and this will allow you to perform your activity of daily living in a whole new painless way. We work arms, bum, core and, on Wednesdays, we also play with our heart rate during the dynamic Pilates class. A variety of props are used each week, magic circles, chia balls, hand weights, elastic bands and more. No previous experience is required, just a reasonably injuries free body.

PERSONAL TRAINING REFORMER PILATES
One to one sessions of reformer Pilates using the AeroPilates ™ machine. A bungee cord-based reformer Pilates machine complete with cardio rebounder, box and pole. Bring those mat Pilates exercises to a whole new level with the added resistance of the cords to achieve even deeper and long-lasting results. The cardio rebounder will bring your heart rate up, help you to burn more calories and loose weight in a safe and effective way. Some of the AeroPilates® benefits include increase in back/hamstring flexibility, increased core strength, increase in aerobic endurance, increase in anaerobic threshold, and increased motion in hip flexion.
