THERE ARE NO LIMITS BUT THE ONE YOU SET
A combination of endurance training and resistance training to give you one hour of fun filled mix of exercises that will help you burn more calories and give you the lean and strong body that you always wanted.
FULL BODY WORKOUT CLASSES
The classes are run in a non intimidating environment and all levels of abilities are welcome. Maximum number of 5 participants per class.
3 to 5 circuits are performed back to back with small rest in between in order to keep that heart rate up throughout the class. We target the whole body and always finish with a burning core or booty challenge. We squat, we lunge, we lift, we pull and we push but most of all we have a laugh because, in the end of the day, this is what exercise is about, being happy.
We use a variety of equipment as well as our own body weight to build strength. All the exercises in the circuit mimic in one way or the other
the activities of daily living because my main goal is that, through my classes, my clients can be able to live a pain free everyday life.
No previous experience is required, just a reasonably injuries free body.
