My career in personal training began when I moved locations because of my husband’s job. I firmly believe that all women can feel good about themselves and stay in shape no matter how challenging life can be, and my aim is to be an inspiration. Whether you are juggling a family, a career or both, I can help you to make that positive step and reach your fitness goals.
