About ME

Hi! My name is Melita Bottoni, I am a South West London Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. I started my business for passion and I consider myself a very lucky person. I am a mother of two great girls and I LOVE exercise. Exercise for me means movement without too many labels or definitions, an active body is a healthy body. Both my personal training sessions and my classes aim to teach my clients to love exercising, I do that through my knowledge of movement and body mechanics but also through empathy and smiles. I don't believe in quick transformations or bikini bodies, I think exercise should be a lifestyle that changes together with your body. The other passion I have is food, I love everything about food, the taste, the color, the smell. On my nutrition plans I teach my clients that the food that will make them loose weight is just real food, in balanced combinations and consumed in moderation. Once again, no quick fixes and no fad diets but healthy eating as a lifestyle.
